Thanks for a fab time in Thailand. Sorry we didn't get round to playing Twister but why not pop over for our Volleyball tournament in November? Its a great laugh and plenty of opportunities for catching up. Plus we're having a team reunion. Perhaps you could bring the bear?!?!?!?!?!?!?!

Well done to every one of you. You have all done yourselves proud and should hold your heads up high. It is great to see that yet again Ireland has produced the goods, both in and out of competition.
