Congratulations on a tremendous achievement, particularly given that you were sick for two days before the race. We all knew there was a medal in you and we are all very proud of your fantastic achievement, we'll go straight back into training when you come home - for gold in 2010 in Ireland !!!!!

Hello all, firstly i would like to apologise for Sidney's outburst it won't happen again... Well done to everyone so far you are doing great. Angela & John well done in the badminton i think you obviously make a great pair you should stick together. Biggrin Rachel well done in the tennis your 2nd family r so proud of you.
