Folks, we are trying to gather up photos of celebs, sports stars, singers, etc with the Donor Card. If you've got any, please send them on - we are starting a special section on the site here for these photos!
As you can see on the home page today, John Loftus has a shot there with former Irish rugby international Peter Clohessy, following John's award this month.
Keep them coming.
Thanks, Liam.

One man who would love to be around today (Sunday, September 20th, All-Ireland football final day) is Donie McCarthy, RIP. Donie was Aghada and Cork to the backbone, and with his great friends Conor Counihan (manager) and Pearse O'Neill (centre half-forward) playing such crucial roles for Cork today, Donie would be in his element. Donie's many GAA friends in the Bishopsown Bar (the likes of former Cork player John Cleary, and others) will think of Donie today, too, as do all of us connected in any way to the Irish transplant team. Donie will be pulling a few strings today, have no doubt. RIP.

To keep you in the loop, this weekend Astellas Pharmaceutical is organising Run for a Life which is a fundraiser for the 3 transplant units in Dublin (Beaumont, Vincents & the Mater). The idea is also to promote organ donor awareness. All of the details are on the site, run for a life dot ie, no spaces. Whether you can or cannot make it yourself, please pass on the link to others whom you think may be interested. Thanks, Colin.
