Well-known local man Paul Donohoe – who lives in Doogary, Co. Cavan, but previously resided at Drumreilly, Co. Leitrim – is off to Australia next month (AUGUST) as a member of the Irish team at the World Transplant Games.
Today (SATURDAY) is the final day of events, and all eyes turn to the track and field. Throughout today, we will be updating here with details of how the Irish team are getting on. 
A group of three athletes will make up a big Cavan contingent representing Ireland at next week’s European Transplant & Dialysis Games, in Wurzburg, Germany – and their main mission is to spread the gospel of organ donation.Features
