John has been competing is transplant sports for many years and still holds a World Transplant Games track record.  John will be competing in the following events:
  • 200m Track
  • 800m Track
  • 1500m Track
  • Track Relay
  • 20km Cycle
  • 5km Cycle Time Trial
John won the following medals at last year's European Transplant & Dialysis Games in Dublin.
  • Gold in 20km cycle Road Race
  • Gold in 5km cycle time Trial
  • Gold in 5km mini marathon
  • Gold in 800m Track
  • Gold in 1500m Track
John is a kidney transplant recipient (received a living donation from his brother).
