ImageThe Irish team have arrived safely in Thailand ahead of the World Transplant Games, which kick off on Saturday next. The 23-strong team were greeted by local officials and are now relaxing at the team hotel in Bangkok.

Team Manager Colin While confirmed that the athletes had a pleasant trip. "The team are and are now looking forward to the challenge of bringing home some medals as well as demonstrating to the world how organ donation has improved all of ther lives."
