ImageDeirdre Faul, Marie O'Connor and Garry Campbell boosted Ireland's medal haul with five medals on the golf course.

Marie claimed two golds, scoring superbly to take both the Gross and the Nett prizes. Deirdre followed in her footsteps with Gross and Net golds also.

ImageAnd Garry, who played some brilliant golf against some tough oppostion, won the Bronze medal in the Men's Gross section.

Record Breaking Transplant Athletes return home from 18th World Transplant Games
The 33 members of Transplant Team Ireland enjoyed fantastic success at the 18th World Transplant Games in Sweden, securing a new world record in one event and picking up a massive haul of 39 medals, comprising 13 Gold, 14 Silver and 12 Bronze.
