We have had our first day of competition and it has been a good one with a great buzz at the venue which was topped off with some great performance. Medals won were as follows:
3km (Women): Sinead McGowan: Bronze Medal
5km (Men): Tony Gartland: Bronze Medal
50m Sprint (Boys): Oisin O'Gorman: Gold Medal

Record Breaking Transplant Athletes return home from 18th World Transplant Games
The 33 members of Transplant Team Ireland enjoyed fantastic success at the 18th World Transplant Games in Sweden, securing a new world record in one event and picking up a massive haul of 39 medals, comprising 13 Gold, 14 Silver and 12 Bronze.
