With just a few days to go, the excitement is building within the team... We have 33 athletes and 21 supporters travelling to the Games this year - Ireland's biggest ever team at the World Transplant Games. It is our first time since 2003 to have Juniors on our team so it will be great to have an active interest in the Junior programme. To follow the team on Facebook Click here
