Since last year's heroic exploits in the World Transplant Games, Gold Coast, Australia, Deirdre has certainly kept herself busy.

She has completed two triathlons, the Fingal Sprint Triathlon and Edinburgh Womens Triathlon.

Deirdre has also taken up running this year and participated in the IrishRunner 5 mile which took place on the 17th July in the Phoenix park.
